At The Grey Matters Centre, therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches—all proven to help adults understand their patterns, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change.

Individual Therapy

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or low self-esteem, individual therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and begin moving forward.


Sessions draw on CBT to identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns, Schema Therapy to address deeper, recurring themes that hold you back, and Mindfulness to build calm awareness in the present moment.
Together, we focus on small, achievable steps that foster flexibility, confidence, and emotional balance.

Adult Relationship & Adjustment Support

Life transitions—career changes, loss, health challenges, or shifting relationships—can leave you feeling unsettled or stuck.


Therapy offers a safe, reflective space to understand these changes, improve communication, and build healthier ways of coping.


Using Schema Therapy to explore underlying emotional needs, CBT to clarify and reframe current concerns, and Mindfulness to manage stress responses, sessions aim to strengthen your adaptability so you can respond to life with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Addiction, Stress & Emotional Regulation

For some adults, unhelpful habits or intense emotions can become ways of coping with deeper distress.
